Ion Ioan Țiriac (føddur 9. mai 1939 í Brașov) er rumenskt tennisleikari and businessman.
In 2013 elected into International Tennis Hall of Fame[1]. His nickname is 'Count Dracula' because of he was born in Transylvania[2].
In 1970 he won Roland Garros in doubles together with Ilie Nastase. They defeated Arthur Ashe and Charlie Pasarell in final 6–2, 6–4, 6–3[3].
He was the president of Romanian Olympic Committee from 1998 to 2004[4]. He served as a coach for players such as Goran Ivanišević[5][6], Marat Safin[5][7], Dinara Safina or Virginia Ruzici[5]. He managed Boris Becker from 1985 to 1994. In this time German player won five Grand Slam tournaments[8].
After the career he became a businessman. In 1990 he founded first private bank in post-communist Romania, Banca Țiriac[9]. As of 2010, he is the richest person in Romania[10], and 937th in the world[11].
