Some advice: rather than translate this whole file and send it in when it's finished translate the equivalent of [[meta:LanguageIs.php|LanguageIs.php]], send that in to Wikitech-l (the mailing list) and just have them periodically export [http://fo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Allmessages Allmessages].
